With a Google-like experience, it offers transparent information on various services through a user-friendly interface. Optimized on Zalo, Aura ID saves user time and device space while ensuring streamlined communication. More than just an app, it's a digital gateway to aesthetic excellence, prioritizing quality and delivering a personalized beauty experience.

About the project

CONTEXTUAL STUDIES

Aura ID, unveiled in April 2023 by Aura International Beauty Salon, is a revolutionary application designed to cater to both general users and beauty enthusiasts. This innovative platform empowers users to proactively select and register for services without intermediary involvement or pressured sales tactics. Moreover, by seamlessly integrating with Zalo, Aura ID optimizes user convenience, saving both time and device space. The integration of features from Zalo, such as OA ZNS, further facilitates Aura Aesthetics in providing enhanced customer care.

TARGET AUDIENCES

Aura's clientele comprises beauty enthusiasts predominantly residing in the southern region of Vietnam. The primary target audience, with an average age ranging from 24 to 44, possesses moderate technological proficiency. They prioritize reputable and time-efficient services. On the other hand, the second target audience, aged 18 to 24, exhibits higher technological acumen and seeks services that offer competitive prices coupled with excellent customer care.
