The CRM project is user-centric, focusing on the needs of customers and managers. It streamlines appointment scheduling, enhances customer convenience with automated reminders, and ensures a consistent, high-quality experience. Real-time updates and personalized communication strengthen brand reputation and customer loyalty. Integrated messaging tools facilitate direct communication, enhancing engagement through regular updates and personalized offers.

TARGET AUDIENCES

Customers: The CRM offers easy scheduling, automated reminders, personalized services, and direct communication with clinic staff, enhancing convenience and engagement.

Managers: It provides centralized data management, real-time updates, data-driven insights, and role-based access controls, ensuring efficiency, security, and improved service quality across all branches.

Inter and Be Vietnam were chosen for the Manager App's typefaces due to their complementary qualities. Inter provides a clean and modern aesthetic, ensuring readability and hierarchy, while Be Vietnam adds character and uniqueness, contributing to a friendly yet professional interface. The combination strikes a balance that aligns well with the Manager App's managerial nature.

COLOR PALETTE

The color theme for the Manager App will be tailored to match each brand's unique identity, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing interface. By aligning the color scheme with the specific branding of each client, the Manager App will maintain consistency and enhance brand recognition. This flexibility in color adaptation not only fosters a positive user experience but also reinforces the professional image of the application, seamlessly integrating with various brand. The demo color, yellow, exemplifies the app's adaptability and vibrant design, highlighting its commitment to providing a customized and engaging user interface.

Functions

Striving to streamline the reporting of business data and foster direct communication with customers without unnecessary layers of intermediaries, the application places a premium on efficiency. This achieves this by incorporating robust reporting features presented through intuitive charts.

Furthermore, it allows the saving of customers' Zalo IDs, facilitating direct communication through the Zalo messaging platform. This innovative approach not only enhances communication but also empowers users to save valuable time in their managerial responsibilities.

Dashboard

Visualizing statistics through charts provides users with a comprehensive business overview, empowering them to dedicate more time to crafting tailored strategies that align precisely with the company's unique circumstances.

Chat AI

Proficient in addressing inquiries spanning company revenue, services, and personnel, the training equips the system to generate tailored comparisons and strategic suggestions customized for each business segment.

Customer's listing

The Customer Listing feature offers businesses a centralized database of all clients, providing easy access to customer information, interaction history, and preferences. This allows businesses to manage relationships more effectively, tailor their services to individual needs, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Blog CMS

The Blog CMS feature enables businesses to create, manage, and publish engaging content effortlessly. It supports multimedia integration, SEO optimization, and scheduling, allowing businesses to maintain a dynamic online presence, attract new customers, and keep existing clients informed and engaged with valuable content.

Web App

The Manager App is designed to streamline business operations, providing managers with real-time access to essential data, performance metrics, and communication tools. While the mobile version offers convenience on the go, a web app version is equally crucial for comprehensive management. The web app's larger interface makes it easier to analyze complex data, manage detailed reports, and perform administrative tasks that require more workspace.

This dual availability ensures managers can seamlessly switch between devices, maintaining productivity whether in the office or working remotely, thereby enhancing flexibility, improving efficiency, and supporting the diverse needs of modern business management.
