The path I took to become someone who shares knowledge wasn’t a grand plan from the start. It was the real-life experiences and connections with people around me that guided me toward this direction.
Starting from the University Classroom
When I decided to pursue a degree in design at university, I entered the class with a unique perspective compared to my peers. Before that, I had completed a vocational training program where I gained in-depth skills and foundational theories in the field. Coupled with hands-on work experience, I quickly became the go-to person my classmates turned to for advice and support whenever they faced challenges.
I never hesitated to share everything I knew. Seeing my peers improve through my suggestions was not only a source of joy but also a great motivation. At the same time, I learned from their creativity and fresh approaches. These moments made me realize that sharing is not a one-way street – it’s a valuable two-way exchange. Perhaps this was when my journey of sharing began to take shape.
A Milestone in Late 2024: A Wave of Opportunities
Late 2024 was an incredibly special period for me. Everything happened quickly, full of excitement, and was truly rewarding.
My First Time as a Speaker: Invited Back to My Alma Mater

At the end of November, I received an invitation from my university – the very place where I once studied – to return and share my experiences alongside two other alumni (Huy Tăng & Giang Tuyết Nhi). We met with third- and fourth-year students as well as recent graduates to discuss graphic design, UX/UI, building a portfolio, and preparing for the job search journey.
The session was an amazing experience. The students not only listened attentively but also asked many practical questions and requested my contact information for further learning. I felt a strong connection as they genuinely valued what I shared.
Second Opportunity: Speaking at a Prestigious High School
Less than a month later, in early December, I was invited to speak at a well-known high school in Vietnam as part of the Ấp Sáng Tạo community education project.
This time, the audience was 10th and 11th graders – young individuals standing at an important crossroads in their lives. I introduced them to the field of graphic design and helped them understand potential career paths.

Initially, the students were a bit shy, but by the end, many confidently approached me to ask about choosing a major, selecting a school, and pursuing their passions. I advised them to experiment with different things to discover what they truly love and to embrace mistakes as part of their growth.
Though the time was brief, I felt fortunate to have had the chance to talk with them and hoped I could share even more in the future.
Looking Back: Motivation from Listening
In less than a month, these two sharing experiences brought me a whirlwind of emotions. I used to be hesitant and shy about speaking in front of an audience. But the genuine attention and listening from the students gave me the strength to keep improving.
I’ve come to understand that knowledge is not meant to be hoarded. It only holds true value when shared and spread. With this realization, I’m determined to further hone my skills and share even more whenever the opportunity arises.
Conclusion
This journey is just beginning, and I believe there are many incredible things awaiting ahead. How about you? Are you ready to share the values you hold with the world?
